Right at Home

I do not have one negative thing to say about our experience. Kim is our case manager and has done a great job first meeting with us to understand exactly what care we needed for my mom and dad. She was able to provide care givers that understood how to care for Alzheimers patients. Carol is one of our care givers who has by mom laughing all day long. I truly believe she has a special bond with my mom and keeps me informed of what is going on, gives me tips on things that could help and let's me know if they need any supplies. I never have to worry when I know the care givers are there. They are also a great help to my dad. I know this agency also treats their employees well as they have told me so. You cannot say that about many of the other agencies in this field. Like I said, I am very happy I found them.

As a social work case manager, I have seen firsthand how wonderful Right at Home is! The services they provide are the best of the best--from the direct support staff working in the homes, to the office staff working behind the scenes. I highly recommend Right at Home based in Bloomington, MN for at-home care. RAH has provided care for two of my family members. The managers are dedicated to finding the right fit for the client and the caregivers are compassionate and dedicated. My dad didn't think RAH could find the person he needed to help with his grocery shopping and cooking, but they found someone who was perfect for him! And when he needed more care, they found individuals who could meet his increasing needs. My dad had high standards and he was very happy with the care he received and the caregivers who provided the care.

I am pleased with all my all my dealings with Right at Home. Upon meeting my Mom they were able to find some very quickly. Most important was the match. When I call my Mom and she is happy, excited because her care giver has been there tending to her livingm needs. She tells me she feels care for, protected, looked out for. As her daughter I feel like I made the right decision. It gives me peace and what she deserves. When I first wrote this review I was asked to by the owner at that first week. As time went on the caretakers my mom got were horrible. They left the water running costing my mom 10,000 to fix, lost her charge card. Didn’t buy the correct groceries cause she was dyslexic. I could go on but don’t trust you loved one with this care.
